Transition to Creativity, How to Meditate

Continuing the series on how to meditate we move to a focus on increasing your creative thinking. What is creativity? It is the ability to transcend traditional ideas, rules, patterns, relationships and to create new ideas, forms, or methods. This recording uses the relaxation of the body to take you to an altered state of awareness that is so helpful when you want to be able to transcend what is already there to increase your creative activities. To be able to get to this transcendent space it is helpful let go of your ongoing concerns, so you can focus on the creative thinking and resources within you. This relaxation method guides you to do that. The recording addresses some of the typical blocks that might keep you from using the creative potential that is there in all of us, such as the fear of getting started and the fear of making mistakes.
