Relaxation Methods (How to Meditate)

Learning how to meditate has become a topic of interest. I first made recordings of relaxation methods when I was teaching meditation. I found that many people, especially those with anxiety had a difficult time doing single pointed meditation. They would try and feel like a failure. I developed this meditation technique to help those people. Everyone can use it and benefit from it. You can get to the same place with this meditation technique as with some of the more difficult mindfulness based meditations.

Some of the latest research on the brain shows that there is a specific neural network that your brain messages connect with when you are relaxed that result in living your life in a more relaxed state. Solving problems are easier when you are relaxed. These recordings provide you with an opportunity to use that relaxed connection more frequently. They are relaxation methods that use a form of mindfulness based meditation. All of them will help to reduce your level of anxiety whether is it social anxiety, an anxiety attack, or anxiety with depression.

Living in a relaxed state can help you stop smoking, lose weight, and reduce stress. All of the recordings help you to connect with the tremendous and magnificent resources that are within you so that positive change can occur. It is the positive intent you set for yourself when you listen that will determine the changes that occur.
