Letting Go of Clutter

This meditation technique is another in my series on how to meditate. It uses the colors of the rainbow or chakras to wash through your body. Maybe you want to get rid of physical clutter in your home or old beliefs that no longer work for you. Maybe you have emotions that have been stored away and not released or thoughts that have been cluttering your mind. This recording can help. Or you just want to practice mindfulness based mediation and need words to guide you.

After using the image of a waterfall to wash through your body it takes you through a process that assists you in learning to let go and create room for a more positive environment both inside and outside.
